Important Info/Policy

PRODUCTION:

Since all items are handmade, they will all have different production times.  If I have it in stock, I will ship it out right away within a day or 2.  If I have to make it...most items can be done in 3 business days.  Snow-Globes and anything with resin or epoxy takes at least 5 business days mostly because they need to cure.  If I'm out of town, I will post it in the announcement bar at the top of the Home Page or email you asap.  

SHIPPING:

Right now though the web site I ship only via USPS with 3 services available within the United States.  I bubble wrap anything and everything breakable. If you're in Canada, send me an email.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:

There are neither, with no exceptions.  Due to the nature of this business, I'm sure you can understand.  Each piece is hand made with care and attention to detail.  Small imperfections are natural and will happen...this is the beauty of handmade items and they need to be handled with care.  However, if you have a problem you can surely send me an email because after all, I do want you to be happy with your purchase.
